Low food costs, and intense competition for market share has led to an increase in the size of the portions, such as portions of fries at McDonald’s, rose from 200 calories in 1960 to more than 600 calories today.

Weight control is, undoubtedly, one of the most necessary disciplines to make front to a big menace that affects a big part of the world population and we don’t even realize that until is too late to do something about it.
